Schematic Rendering involves using specialized software to create preliminary drawings for construction projects. At Rupp/Rosebrock, Inc., our Project Managers are trained to use this software to engage our clients and architects in the early phases of the construction process. The drawings serve to provide an explanation of relative scale and relationships between building components. Our schematic designs are created with Autocad and Sketchup, two programs which allow us to create rudimentary images for Owners and Architects to review. Our in-house schematic renderings are cost-efficient and allow the Owner to complete their Project on a budget.
